Select Zoom as the location in Ease Cal
- Sign in with your credentials here.
- On the left Navigation Panel, click on Google Calendar under Ease Cal under App Store
- Click on any event under Your Meetings
- In the event settings, click on Schedule Description
- In Schedule Description, select Zoom from the Location dropdown, then click on Save & Close
Book an appointment
- Sign in with your credentials here.
- On the left Navigation Panel, click on Google Calendar under DocSpace Cal under App Store
- On any event under Your Meetings, click Copy Link. Give this link to your guests.
- When the guest visits the copied link in their browser, they can fill up their name, phone, and email. Finally they can click Next and Confirm Appointment.
Join a Zoom meeting as a Clinician
- Sign in with your credentials here.
- On the left Navigation Panel, click on Google Calendar under DocSpace Cal under App Store
- Click on the tab Scheduled Meetings
- Under Upcoming, click on Details for the Zoom appointment that was booked
- Click on Get Meeting Host URL
- Click on Start Meeting as Host
Uninstallation
Removal from Ease App Store (Existing Zoom access tokens will be revoked and removed)
- Sign in with your credentials here.
- On the left Navigation Panel, click on App Store
- Click on Zoom
- In the App Store’s Zoom page, click Uninstall
Removal from Zoom MarketPlace
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Ease Cal for Zoom app
- Click the Ease Cal for Zoom app
- Click Uninstall
